Karout grand stores were founded in 1981 in the south, under the name "Dabouss stores". Then we moved to the suburb of Beirut in 1991under the name of the supermarket Karout. After that we moved to Hadath,"Jamous St", in 1999 where it has taken a major center has been renamed to Karout grand stores. It was also the amendment by the department of small to large management in terms of space and man power.

To increase our spellings, they started to purchase agencies for trading. And we bought multiple one, such as: Fox- D, Masler, Korkmaz, Dima....etc. These agencies contributed in raising the profile of the institution not only in Beirut but all Lebanese territory.

Karout Grand Stores development reached not only Lebanon, but also China, Dubai, Turkey, and Germany in which we opened trading offices and showrooms to sell products in wholesale under the name of the company and to market their agencies to minimize the shipment costs.

What the company sell: general trade utensils, house ware, kitchen ware, electrical appliances, carpeting, and tools, electrical wiring and equipment, industrial material, heavy machinery, stationary, office supply, more and more items, in which we have more than 80,000 items in our company.

Karout Grand Stores is considered one of the most succeeded Stores in Lebanon, in which we have daily more than 5,000 customers from different cities and countries. In addition, Karout Grand Stores is known to its successful job in which we were able to finance the Iraqi elections in all products needed and in only 40 days. We ordered the required items from china and our office imported the products immediately to Iraq.
